Export SIM CDRs

What role/s can do this? All partner roles.

For each SIM you can view individual Call Detail Records (CDRs) that provide you with information about the SIM and how it is being used.

Export all CDRs #

  1. Navigate to SIM overview
  2. Locate the relevant SIM and click Information in the Actions column
  3. Select the CDR tab
  4. Click Download XLS

All CDRs is exported into a .XLS file.

Export specific CDRs #

  1. Navigate to SIM overview
  2. Locate the relevant SIM and click Information in the Actions column
  3. Select the CDR tab
  4. Apply Filters to list the relevant CDRs (See Search and filters)
  5. Click Download XLS

The filtered CDRs is exported into a .XLS file.

Note: The export file will contain all the columns that are visible in the CDRs table. To change what data is exported, remove columns you don’t need to export.
