View Users
What role/s can do this? Partner admin
All users, including customer users that are associated with a partner, are listed within the partner portal. Partner admins can view what customer the user is assigned to and make changes when viewing the user details.
- To view all users including partner users navigate to Users & Roles → Users.
- To view customer specific users navigate to Customers, view the relevant customers details and select the Users tab.
View User Details #
User details is where you can see specific details about the user such as their assigned roles, their logs and their journal.
- Navigate to Users
- Locate the relevant user
- Click Detail in the action column
The edit user page displays with 4 additional tabs (Info, Roles, Logs and Journal).
Filter users #
If needed you can add filters to make it easier to find specific users.
- Navigate to Users
- Expand the Add filter dropdown
- Select a filter option
- Configure the filter as desired
- Click Use filter
The filter applies to the list of users.
