View Categories

Generic services Overview

The Generic Services area lets you view all of your partner services, along with any services you’ve created for your customers. All services are shown in an easy‑to‑scan overview table, which you can filter to narrow down the list. From there, you can select any service to view its details and manage it further.

View service information #

  1. Navigate to Generic services
  2. Locate the relevant service
  3. Click Detail in the Actions column

The portal displays the service information.

Service information #

When viewing service details, navigate through different tabs to view information about the service.

TabDescription
InfoThe info tab displays key information about the service. See View Service Info.
NotesThe Notes tab enables partners with the appropriate role to view, Create and Delete notes. See Create a Service Note.
Service SIMsThe Service SIMs tab displays a list of SIMs associated with the selected service. See View Service SIMs.
RemoveThe Remove tab enables partners with the appropriate role to remove services immediately or after a specified date. See Remove a Service.
Note: The details shown are dependent on the partner role.
