Remove a Service

What role/s can do this? Partner admin, Partner provisioning & Partner deployment of customers.

Partners with the relevant role can remove services. You can either remove a service immediately or specify a date and time for when you want a service to be removed.

Important: Deleted services cannot be restored, please ensure you have selected the correct service before proceeding.

Remove Service #

1. Navigate to Generic services
2. Locate the service you want to delete
3. Click Detail in the Action column
4. Select the Remove tab
5. Select a date and time (if you want the service to be removed at a later date)
6. Click Remove service
7. Click Confirm

The service is deleted.
