Manage Alarms
What role/s can do this? Partner admin
All alarms that are created can be viewed in the Reports & Alarms area. Here you can see a list of alarms with some key details such as whether or not the alarm is active. Partners with the relevant role can then make changes or view additional information.
View alarm information #
- Navigate to Reports & Alarms → Alarms
- Locate the relevant alarm
- Click Detail in the Actions column
- Select the Info tab
You can view the alarm information.
Edit an alarm #
- Navigate to Reports & Alarms → Alarms
- Locate the relevant alarm
- Click Detail in the Actions column
- In the Edit tab make the necessary changes
- Click Update alarm
The alarm is updated.
Delete an alarm #
- Navigate to Reports & Alarms → Alarms
- Locate the relevant alarm
- Click Detail in the Actions column
- In the Edit tab click Delete alarm
- Click Confirm
The alarm is deleted.
