View Customer Notification History
What role/s can view this? Partner admin, Partner provisioning & Partner deployment of customers.
Notification history will show notifications that have been sent to the selected customer. Partners with the appropriate role can view notification details and resend notifications if required.
To view customer Notification History:
- Navigate to Customers
- Click Detail in the Actions column for the relevant customer
- Select the Notification History tab
