Delete Customers
What role/s can do this? Partner admin, Partner provisioning & Partner deployment of customers.
Partners with the relevant role can delete customers. When a customer is deleted, all Customer Users will be disabled and lose access to the FUSION IoT Portal.
| Important: Deleted customers cannot be restored, please ensure you have selected the correct customer before proceeding. |
Delete Customer #
- Navigate to Customers
- Locate the customer you want to delete
- Click Detail in the action column
- Select the Delete tab
- Click Delete customer
- Click Confirm
The customer is deleted.
