View Customer SIMs
What role/s can view this? All partner roles.
The customers SIMs tab will list all the SIMs that have been assigned to the selected customer. From here you can view SIM information and apply actions just like you would in the main SIM overview area.

To view customer SIMs:
- Navigate to Customers
- Click Detail in the Actions column for the relevant customer
- Select the SIMs tab
Note: If you are managing a lot of customers and SIMs it might be easier to make changes from the specific customer’s SIM area. SIMs will only be available for a specific customer after they have been assigned to them. See Assign SIM cards to Customers. |
Managing Customer SIMs #
The options available for managing SIMs when viewing a specific customer are the same as in the SIM overview area. Below are some useful articles to help with SIM management. Please note that not all partner roles can manage SIMs.
