View Customer Info
What role/s can view this? All partner roles (with some differences).
The Info tab contains details about the selected customer. All roles can view this information, however roles with edit privileges will also see some additional information.

To view Customer information:
- Navigate to Customers
- Click Detail in the Actions column for the relevant customer
- View the Info tab
The portal displays the Customer information.
Note: For some roles the Info tab will be presented by default. Roles with edit privileges will need to select the Info tab. |
Customer Info #
The customer info page presents information that was added when the customer was created as well as usage graphs.
Company info | The Company Info contains information about your customer’s company including name and registration number. |
Tags | Roles that have edit privileges will see an option to add Tags which can help identify customers. See Customer Tags. |
Addresses and Contacts | Contact information and any addresses that have been added will be listed here. There may be unique addresses for the Primary location, delivery and invoicing. |
Usage graphs | Usage graphs will present information about the SIM usage. You can navigate back through previous months. |
