Assign SIM to an IMEI status change Alarm

What role/s can do this? Partner admin, Partner provisioning, Partner deployment of customers & Partner support.

In order to monitor IMEI status changes on SIMs, you can create an IMEI status change alarm and then assign the alarm to specific SIMs. The alarm can be configured to deactivate SIMs when the status changes.

Assign SIM card to existing IMEI status change Alarm #

Alarms need to be created before assigning them to SIMs.

  1. Navigate to SIM overview
  2. In the Action dropdown select Assign to IMEI alarm
  3. Click Execute
  4. Select Use Existing
  5. Select the relevant alarm from the dropdown
  6. Select the relevant SIMs
  7. Click Execute

The alarm is applied to the SIM.

Assign SIM card to new IMEI status change Alarm #

You are only able to create new IMEI status change alarms via this method.

  1. Navigate to SIM overview
  2. In the Action dropdown select Assign to IMEI alarm
  3. Click Execute
  4. Select Create new Alarm
  5. Configure the alarm settings
  6. Select the relevant SIMs
  7. Click Execute

The alarm is created and applied to the SIM.

Note: You can filter SIMs to generate a specific list of SIMs. You can then select some or all SIMs to perform actions on.
