Filter SIMs
What role/s can do this? All partner roles.
Filter options can be applied to the SIM overview table to make it easier to locate the relevant SIMs. By default, there is a search box which can be used to find SIMs and there are also additional filter options that can be applied.
Add filter options #
- Navigate to SIM overview
- Select Manage filters
- Click on the filter options you want to add
- Click Confirm changes
The filter options will be added and will need to be configured. See Configure filters.
Filter SIMs by ICCID #
When you receive your order of SIMs, each box of SIMs displays the ICCID number of the first and last SIM the box contains. Once your SIMs are available in the portal, you can use the ICCID filter to search for all SIMs with an ICCID number between the first and last ICCID number shown on your box of SIMs.
This is useful because it enables you to find a specific set of SIMs that you can perform actions on in bulk. For example, you might want to assign a collection of SIMs provided by the one network operator to a Customer. You can use the ICCID filter to find SIMs that one box contains and assign them to your Customer.
From SIM overview:
- Select Manage filters
- Select the ICCID filter
- Click Confirm changes
- Next to the ICCID filter, select between from operators drop down menu
- Enter the first and last ICCID number shown on your box of SIMs
- Click Use filter
A list of SIMs with an ICCID number between the two ICCID numbers you specify will display.
