SIM Overview
What role/s can view this? All partner roles.
SIM overview is where you can view all SIMs assigned to your partner account. The SIMs will be listed in a table where you can view information about the SIM and learn more about individual SIM cards.
Partners with the relevant roles can manage SIMs including changing their status or assigning them to customers for use in their IoT devices.

Access SIM overview #
- Log into the FUSION IoT Portal
- Click SIM Management in the menu
- Select SIM overview
All SIMs display in the table.
SIM overview table #
The SIM overview table lists key information about your SIMs. You can customise the columns to tailor the view to your needs. See column management.
Some of the information shown in the SIM overview table includes:
- ICCID
- MSISDN
- Status
- IMEI
- IMEI status
- Partner ID
- Info fields
The last column is the Actions column. Partners with the relevant role can click Detail in this column to view more information about a specific SIM.

Column Management #
Information within the portal is often displayed in tables displaying various columns. The columns can be customised to display information to suit your needs.
Above the tables is a Manage columns dropdown:
- Tick or untick the options to choose what is displayed in the table
- Use the grab handle next to the items to arrange the order in the table
- Click Save to apply any changes
You can also change the order in which the information is listed:
- Sort a column alphabetically by clicking on the column title
- To reset the column, double click on the column title
Selecting SIM cards #
Within the SIM overview area, actions are used to manage SIMs. You can select one, some, or all of the SIMs you want to execute the chosen action against:
- To select one SIM, click on the SIM card row.
- To select multiple SIMs, click on each SIM card row.
- To select multiple SIMs using filtering, apply a filter to your SIMs and click Select all filtered SIMs.
- To select all SIMs, ensure all SIMs that you need are visible and click Select all SIMs on the current page.

- Assign SIMs to Customers
- Migrate SIM to another Partner service
- Manage SIM Info Fields
Managing Customer SIMs #
SIMs need to be assigned to customers and associated with a service to be used in their IoT devices. If you have multiple customers and SIMs, you might find it easier to manage SIMs in the Customers area. You can navigate to Customers and select the SIMs tab to display a customer-specific SIM overview. See View Customer SIMs.
