Create a Service note
What role/s can do this? All partner roles (with some differences).
The Notes tab enables you to create Notes associated with the selected service. All roles can view this information, however roles with edit privileges can also view some additional information.
To create a note:
- Navigate to Generic services
- Click Detail in the Actions column for the relevant service
- Select the Notes tab
- Enter your note
- If you want your note to be private, select the Private checkbox
- Click Create note
The note displays in the table below.
Note: If you set your note to private, the note is not visible to other users. |
