Edit a Service

What role/s can do this? Partner admin, Partner provisioning & Partner deployment of Customers.

If needed, partners with the appropriate role can edit a service. You can edit the Tariff associated with the service and the Service name.

Edit a Service Tariff #

  1. Navigate to Generic services
  2. Locate the relevant service
  3. Click Details in the Action column
  4. In the Edit tab, click the Tariff sub tab
  5. Select a new Tariff from the drop down menu
  6. Select when you want the tariff to change:
    • Change immediately – The current tariff will change to the new tariff immediately.
    • Plan the change – The current tariff will change on a date you specify.
      • Select a date and time
    • Change from next period – The current tariff will change when the next billing period starts (typically on the 1st of the next month)
  7. Select the Agree with change tariff checkbox
  8. Click Save

The Tariff change is requested. This may take a few minutes to take effect.

Edit a Service name #

  1. Navigate to Generic services
  2. Locate the relevant service
  3. Click Details in the Action column
  4. In the Edit tab, click the Service name sub tab
  5. Edit the Service name
  6. Click Change service name

The Service name is renamed. This may take a few minutes to take effect.
